closing out 2019 with a bang
November 2019
Construction on Printers Alley and the building amenities is beginning to wrap up, with Tenants able to start 2020 off with a brand new fitness center, new locker rooms and a place for their bike within One Nashville. This month,
Bike racks were delivered and installed
Lockers for the bike room/fitness center were delivered and installed
New equipment for the fitness center was delivered
Shower doors, lighting and counter tops have been installed in the new locker rooms
Cement for the retail patio off Printers Alley has been poured

OCTOBER 2019
Exterior construction took a brief pause while riskrock visited Printers Alley to paint a new mural, bringing the main focus on the interior improvements. Current progress includes:
Flooring for the fitness center was installed
Bathroom and shower tile was completed, followed by a fresh coat of paint on the walls and ceiling
Main corridor drywall was patched and painted
Ceiling installation for the new bike room was completed
Exterior patio walls in Printers Alley have been formed and storefront doors have been installed and protected

Construction Begins on Printers Alley
September 2019
Construction is well underway with a focus on interior demo and framing of the new entry from Printers Alley, the new locker room showers / bathrooms and added bike locker. Current progress includes:
Removal of exterior wall leading into Printers Alley and sheathing with a temporary entry were installed
Removal of the existing generator to complete electrical shutdown and framing of the exterior wall with a rough opening for the new entry door from Printers Alley
Blocking for the new bike locker complete and bike racks are on their way
Installation of underground plumbing and framing for the new locker room showers/bathrooms
